  • June 3: Lola's Lake Waconia 10-mile
    • Pacing the 11:00/mile group. Hot, hilly and horrible headwinds...but I came in 10 seconds under my goal time!
  • May 20: Birdtown Half Marathon
    • Paced the 2:20 finish group. Miserable and rainy, but hit my pace dead on!
  • May 7: Lake Minnetonka Half Marathon
    •  Paced the 11:00/mile group. Beautiful day, came in 30-seconds ahead of my goal pace!
  • April 15, 2017: Hot Chocolate 15K
    • Paced the 11:30/mile group. Rainy day, but still fun.
  • April 9, 2017: Goldy's Run 10-Mile
    • 1:43.30
    • Ran with my friend Sara, who paced the 10:30/mile group for the first 9 miles as I was recovering from Plantar Fasciitis, ran strong the last mile and did it in 9:17!
  • November 26, 2016: Moustache Run
    • Paced the 3:00 finish group
    • This was WAY harder than I thought it would be...my legs were tired being on the course so long!
  • October 9, 2016: Medtronic TC 10-Mile
    • 1:35.07 (A course PR!)
  • September 10, 2016: Dick Beardsley Half Marathon
    • Paced the 2:45 finish group
    • 2:40.51 (I was FIVE MINUTES FAST!! I had such a fun group with me though that we just went for it...everyone in my group either PRed or finished their first half marathon faster than they planned!)
  • August 27, 2016: Maple Grove Triathlon
    • 800-yard swim: :14.14
    • 11 mile bike: :35.30
    • 3.1 mile run: :27.55
    • Placed THIRD in my age group!
  • August 6, 2016: Minnesota Half Marathon
    • I paced the 2:30 finish group
    • 2:29.32 (Fun and flat race, I might have to run this for a PR next year!)
  • July 24, 2016: Toughman Half Ironman Triathlon
    • 1.2 mile swim: :36.09
    • 56 mile bike: 3:21.14
    • 13.1 mile run: 2:44.06
  • July 10, 2016: The Color Run
    • Ran with Kayley, my sister, and my niece!
    • 51:46 (We weren't fast, but we had A LOT of fun!)
  • May 22: Esprit de She Triathlon
    • 125 yard swim: 02:05
    • 13.75 mile bike: 47.53
    • 2 mile run: 17.41
    • I placed 2nd in my age group...my first podium! (I missed 1st by 40 seconds)

    • 2:44.44 (almost perfect!)

    • 1:14.17 (Hit my goal time holding an 11:58 pace!)

    • 1:50.46 (Hit my goal time holding a 12:00 pace on the nose!)
